The boston block check throw by Bronte by Moon is a cozy cover up in big, bold squares of sage, turquoise, wisteria and currant.  Made from soft, ethically raised merino wool by the same mill that has been producing these blankets since 1837.

Bronte by Moon is a fine woolen collection produced by Abraham Moon & Sons, a mill in Guiseley, Yorkshire that has been in continous operation since 1837.  One of the last vertical mills in Great Britain, they carefully oversee each step of production from raw wool to finished product.

 

The wool used for production is fully traceable and processed in an environmentally friendly manner using only eco-friendly detergents.   In addition to their commitments to zero waste, recycling and solar energy, the mill is also proud to produce all of their products with the highest ethical standards.  The sheep are free range and pasture fed and the mill's wool growers adhere to the five animal freedoms:
