German-born designer Hanno Wessel studied couture at Ecole de la chambre syndicale de la couture Parisienne. Following his studies, he worked in haute couture in Paris for three years. When he launched his own line, Hannoh, in 1994, his minimalist designs, focus on natural materials and meticulous tailoring resonated with clients, generating an immediate following. In 2015, he moved his production to Italy and founded his company H+Hannoh Wessel.
Simple, clean shapes created with a handmade sensibility and exquisite textiles are the hallmarks of H+Hannoh Wessel. Finished with singular details such as a raw hem or an exposed zipper, each timeless piece is simultaneously charming and refined.
