Luz Collection was born from wanderlust and curiosity.
Luz was founded in 2013 by Chantale De Breceda, who began importing textiles from Mexico for her store in Los Angeles. After her shop closed at the end of 2017, De Breceda turned importing into a full-time job. Collaborating directly with artists in various regions of Mexico, she brings her own designs to life and sources designs that are created using natural materials and traditional techniques.
The Luz collection reflects a commitment to the artisans they work with. Although Luz Collection is not certified free trade, they make every effort to follow fair trade guidelines.
