Long brass drops are suspended from intricately hand beaded motifs on these earrings by Abacus Beadworks.  Each unique pair is created using tiny, Japanese glass beads, unlacquered brass accents and gold filled ear wires.

The brass accents on these earrings are unlacquered and may develop a slightly darkened patina over time.

Sarah Desveaux began her journey in creativity growing up along the coast of southern Maine.  Inspired by her travels and experience in interior design and fashion, she began her jewelry line, Abacus Beadworks, which encompasses her passion for design and pattern in comfortable, wearable art.  Each piece is created from lightweight Japanese seed beads, and upcycled stone, glass, wood and metal beads and is meticulously hand made using traditional freehand bead-weaving techniques.
